Diamond Select Toys was founded in 1999 by sister company Diamond Comics in order to create collectibles and toys for both children and adults, they sell a wide range of figures including Marvel Comics, Star Wars, Star Trek, Transformers, Ghostbusters, Halo, G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Indiana Jones, Battlestar Galactica, 24 and Back to the Future. They do not only create great figure lines such as Marvel Select, but also plush, banks, busts, statues and prop replicas, It can be argued that their most popular for of figure however is the Minimates, which has helped make Minimates one of the most popular and diverse toy brands. This could be a great company to pitch to, due to their line of both comics and toys, collaborating in film, comic and video game toys also.
