Personifying depression mood board

Here I have collected images of characters and creatures that I think look like a good personification of the illness depression. Some of the characters like Ebony and Eeyore do suffer from the illness in their stories, other are simply good observations, metaphors and coincidences. I will use these as influences to create my own character.
