I think Ben Kingsley's performance as the Mandarin was perfect, making him a middle eastern terrorist was a great idea, and the terror videos were genuinely the scariest part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but the spoiler which I wont mention in case you haven't sen it ruined the character for me, as funny as it was, it wasn't worth ruining the best villain in the MCU for in my opinion, in my film I am to stay as close as I can to Kingsley's Mandarin, but staying true to the character.
